We’re committed to guaranteeing you get the very best value from our products, and that means we work hard to make sure our prices stay competitive.
In fact, we’re determined not to be beaten when it comes to cost, so if you see one of our branded products at a cheaper price elsewhere, all you have to do is show us, and we’ll make sure to match it!
If you do spot a cheaper product, there are a number of simple ways to let us know. These include sending us:
A URL, screenshot or printout
of the live webpage
A copy of a
quotation
A press advert or
marketing email
A flyer or
catalogue
Don’t forget to confirm that both products are indeed identical – you can do this by checking that they share the same model number, size, weight and colour. (You can read the full details in our Terms and Conditions below.)

Terms and Conditions
- The cheaper item in question needs to be a retail product, and verified to be in stock at a competitor
- Exclusive lines and own-brand products are excluded from the guarantee
- The guarantee also excludes products from online auction sites or marketplaces, as well as those from wholesale and trade suppliers, trade offers, or bulk purchase prices
- We don’t match any products that are in clearance or deals sections
- Our Brand Price Match Guarantee is offered entirely at the discretion of our Head of Ecommerce, and we reserve the right to decline, alter or withdraw this offer without prior notice
