 I discovered Savoy Timber about a month ago through your radio advertising, 97.4 FM I think, and your website, in my search to match up some 20-year old onyx kitchen worktops. Not only could I match them up, but cut to size and lots of accessories to meet my requirements. An absolute goldmine. Not only that, but at very good prices too. But to top that was the friendliness of the staff I met at your Wigan branch.

 I thought I would contact you to thank you for the great service I have received. I placed a decking order online on Sunday and took delivery on Wednesday, the whole process was quick and easy and your staff were very polite and helpful despite me being hard to contact. I would also like to comment on the price, I did shop around quite a bit and your quote was by far the cheapest.
 I have another order to place about twice the size of the last one, but due to a new addition to the family causing budget restrictions it will have to wait till next month but I will certainly be using you for all my DIY supplies from now on.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I have received from Savoy Timber and , in particular, from your salesman Ian, who patiently guided and advised me in my purchase of a range of doors. 

As an internet customer living at some distance from your stores, I was attracted to your website by the highly competitive prices and your wide range of products.  In seeking clarification on a number of issues by email and phone,  Ian’s cheerful determination to help extended well beyond any service I have received elsewhere.  He helped me to arrive at an informed decision on my purchases  by sending me additional images of the doors I was interested in,  describing features I could not easily determine over the internet, and guided me on sizing, fitting and finishing.  Moreover, he worked especially hard to ensure that the goods would be delivered on a day convenient to me.  Ian’s help has been immeasurably valuable and I truly appreciate the personal service I have received.

Dear sir or madam,
I visited your Blackpool store on Saturday 21st February 2009 and I am writing this e- mail to congratulate you on your staffs customer service.
The day before I visited one of your rivals timber stores and got fobbed off they did not want to know me.
The member of staff that helped me was fantastic he not only found me the timber I required but when i mentioned it was to thick he took it to the planer and cut it to the right thickness for me nothing was to much trouble.
I dont know his name but in this day and age where there are bad reveiws of staff I wanted to give you positive feedback on your staff.
I will in future now only use your store for my timber needs.
