Any information collected such as email addresses, postal addresses and other information will not be shared with other parties and will be used only for processing your order as necessary.

 Any images used on this web-site are for visual aid only, although we endeavour to make all items appear to their best likeness, you may get a better representation if you can call into one of our branches and see the items for yourself. We will not be held responsible for misinterpretation of colour or size based on an image shown. Many of the items have an image showing more than one of the item and possibly with other linked items in the image, this again is for representation purposes only and the price shown is for one number of the item described only, unless otherwise stated.

If any errors occur due to system breach or admin error we appreciate these errors being brought to light but reserve the right to change these back to as they should be without notice.

We have given each item a general price, this price is for one unit (unless otherwise stated) of the variations of that product, not necessarily all of them. We have used drop-down boxes to give the various options for a number of our items, if there is no price in the drop-down box this means that the item is priced as the main item price per unit shown. Any mention of imperial measurements is purely for customer guidance only and are always approximate.

All prices shown include any promotional discount.

Sale reductions will not apply to products under any other promotions.

Delivery

Where applicable, postage and packing charges will be added to your order.

Where the item is in stock, we will endeavour to process your order and dispatch it via the fastest possible route. Local deliveries will be dispatched from your nearest depot. For (non-North-West) mainland UK orders, delivery will normally take 7-10 working days from when we have all items in stock (we do not generally offer overseas delivery).

We try and keep our delivery charges to a minimum so therefore only send one driver and so does our courier. If heavy items are ordered an able fit person must be present to aid with offloading of delivery.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if a delivery has been attempted.

We only accept liability for a missed delivery for up to a maximum of the value of the delivery cost.

Stock Levels

 Savoy Timber are committed to giving our customers the best service possible. However, not all products are held in stock at all branches.

Refund and Returns Policy

All goods must be checked upon arrival for defects, damage or unsuitability. We will not refund any payment if the goods have been fitted by you or your tradesman prior to you discovering the fault, please check before any work is carried out on your items, commencing work will be considered as acceptance of goods regardless of who commenced the work. All damages or shortages must be expressed to us in writing, preferably by e-mail within 48 hours,

CANCELLATION RIGHTS: you have a right to cancel, it expires after 7 days, starting from the day after you have received the goods in question. However, this does not apply to goods made or altered to your specification, i.e. special order or bespoke items. The aforementioned goods are non-refundable, goods must be returned by you the customer at your expense in the condition they were received. Cancellation must be in writing, email preferred. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been inspected upon their return to check they are received back in the condition they were sent out.

Any work carried out on goods is taken as acceptance of those goods, no claims will be considered under such circumstances unless it is a manufacturing fault which could not be visible before the aforementioned work commenced.

Goods ordered by a customer that we deliver correctly according to the information given by the customer and then returned or refused upon delivery will be subject to an administration and restocking charge of 20% (variable at our discretion).

Our liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the goods & will not include any incidental costs and/or works and/or charges applied by any 3rd parties. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our option.

Delivery charges will not be refunded where the customer has ordered the goods incorrectly. In such cases if exchange of goods is required we will charge again for delivery at the full rate. Any goods needing to be returned through customers fault will be returned entirely at the customers risk, any items damaged during return will not be refunded.

Glass Faults; Any fault within the glass pane or glazed unit which is not visible in normal transmission, in other words without having to look at the glass from unusual angles or which only show up in sunlight are deemed to be acceptable when viewed from a distance of a minimum of 1 metre, this conforms to British Standards.

Technical Errors.

Due to the nature of internet sites and the possibility of technical gliches and errors we reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been ordered at an incorrect price or size.

Doors.

All of our doors come unfinished unless otherwise stated. Some of the doors featured as images have been pre-finished for display and are therefore not an exact facsimile of the actual door. Due to manufacturing process and the natural variability of timber, colours and specification of the products may vary from those shown. This information may be subject to change and products may be modified, supplemented or withdrawn by Savoy Timber Ltd without prior knowledge. All products are subject to availability.  Errors and omissions excluded.

All colours shown are for guidance only as they can show differently on different screens, we will not take any responsibility for discrepancies in colours, please contact your nearest branch for a free sample service, otherwise restocking charges will apply.
