• We have given each item a general price, this price is for one (or more) of the variations of that product, not necessarily all of them. We have used drop-down boxes to give the various options for a number of our items, if there is no price in the drop-down box this means that the item is priced as the main item price.
• Any mention of imperial measurements is purely for customer guidance only and are always approximate.
• All prices shown include any promotional discount.
• Sale reductions will not apply to products under any other promotions.

Delivery

1. Where applicable, postage and packing charges will be added to your order. This information will be sent to you following receipt of your  order, you can then let us know if you want to proceed.
2. Where the item is in stock, we will endeavour to process your order and dispatch it via the fastest possible route. Local deliveries will be dispatched from your nearest depot. For (non-north-west) mainland UK orders, delivery will normally take 3-4 working days (we do not generally offer overseas delivery)
3. Where products with different availabilities have been ordered, you will be notified of those products which are not in stock and given an estimated delivery date. In such cases your order can be split into more than one delivery (this may incur an additional delivery charge, however you will be notified of this and given the choice to wait, and proceed only when all items are in stock).
   

Stock Levels

        Savoy Timber are committed to giving our customers the best service possible. However, not all products are held in stock at all branches. The order form on this site allows us to check stock levels at all branches before arranging delivery to the customer.

Refund and Returns Policy

All goods must be checked upon arrival for defects, damage or unsuitability. We will not refund any payment if the goods have been fitted by you or your tradesman prior to you discovering the fault, please check before installation. All damages or shortages must be expressed to us in writing, preferably by e-mail within 48 hours, CANCELLATION RIGHTS, you have a right to cancel, it expires after 7 days, starting from the day after you have received them. However, this does not apply to goods made or altered to your specification, i.e. special order or bespoke items. The aforementioned goods are non-refundable, goods must be returned by you the customer at your expense in the condition they were received. Cancellation must be in writing, email preferred, and you may be required to pay for the goods return. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been inspected upon their return to check they are received back in the condition they were received.

Any work carried out on goods is taken as acceptance of those goods, no claims will be considered under such circumstances unless it is a manufacturing fault which could not be visible before the aforementioned work commenced.

Goods ordered by a customer that we deliver correctly according to the information given by the customer and then returned or refused upon delivery will be subject to an administration and restocking charge of 20% (variable at our discretion)

Our liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the goods & will not include any incidental costs and/or works and/or charges applied by any 3rd parties. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our option.

Delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances where the customer has ordered the goods incorrectly. In such cases if exchange of goods is required we will charge again for delivery at the full rate.

Glass Faults; Any fault within the glass pane or glazed unit which is not visible in normal transmission, in other words without having to look at the glass form unusual angles or which only show up in sunlight are deemed to be acceptable when viewed from a distance of a minimum of 1 metre, this conforms to British Standards.

Doors.

All of our doors come unfinished unless otherwise stated. Some of the doors featured as images have been pre-finished and are therefore not an exact facsimile of the actual door. Due to manufacturing process, colours and specification of the products may vary from these shown. This information may be subject to change and products may be modified, supplemented or withdrawn by Savoy Timber Ltd without prior knowledge. All products are subject to availability.  Errors and omissions excluded.

For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
