Delivery

We now have a national courier service for interior and exterior doors and also for stair parts.

We have an excellent regional delivery service covering the North West from our three depots in Wigan, Preston, and Blackpool. Guidance delivery charges map

We will consider out of region deliveries for larger items other than doors and stairparts but they have to be cost effective for us to do and this normally constitutes orders of value of £500 plus. We are also happy to combine such delivery charges to an extent if they are close together. Delivery of smaller items will generally be offered through royal mail with price on application.

Delivery charges are worked out on a distance basis.

We try and keep our prices low by only sending one driver with each delivery therefore extra charges will apply if a second delivery person is required as a result of no capable person being available to help with the unloading of the vehicle.

In the unlikely event that there is no-one at the delivery destination to accept the delivery we will leave a note informing you that we have returned the items to our store and a repeat delivery charge will be added to the order.

Although we always endeavour to get stock into our stores and organise deliveries for the quickest date available, there is a small possibility of unforeseen circumstances to which we have no control. In such instances we will do our utmost to resolve any problems, and would be thankful for your patience.

Stairparts only orders from any of our ranges can also be delivered for a single charge of £40 per delivery to most mainland UK destinations. Customer must be available to accept delivery (delivery day cannot be guaranteed)
